About HER

Amelia Maxwell is a professional educator, speaker, author, and an entrepreneur who has been featured as a guest on Talk of Alabama and WBRC FOX6 News for her amazing impact in the classroom and her children’s book, Hugs are Contagious. She contributes to the initiative of improving student achievement and academic success. 

As an educator, she has experienced many things with her students that allowed her to share precious stories with others. Her students became her safe haven, which fostered a space to implement valuable lessons throughout her teaching career. One of the lessons was “Love Conquers All.”
